art!
Consists of illustrations and digital and paper collages produced with Procreate, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
The image to the left is my first published piece! I drew this piece when I was in third grade for a scholastic art competition. The piece won first place and inspired me to continue making art! ☻
illustration
Inspired by the Japanese aesthetic philosophy, wabi-sabi and the art of kintsugi which both celebrate imperfection and reparation, I designed these pieces for a clothing line celebrating the upcyling of damaged or old clothing.
These pieces explore opportunities for how designers and casual sewers can repurpose clothes and make something new while drawing attention to alterations with pops of bright color.
The three pieces were illustrated in Procreate.

friendship dichotomy
I illustrated this piece for an assignment for my literature class to represent the dichotomous friendship in Toni Morrison’s Sula. The illustration represents how two best friends, especially Sula and Nel, balance each other.
This piece was created using Illustrator.
neko !
I illustrated this piece as a gift for a friend. My friend had told me they were bored of their phone wallpaper, so I illustrated this image for their birthday.
I love to create things for others and art provides an outlet for me to express love for my friends and family.
